Return & Refund Policy
Returns: Returns are allowed only in the following cases:
- If the item is damaged.
- If wrong item is received.
- Products have expired or gone bad by the time of delivery.
Returns:
- Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of return. Once used, products will be ineligible for return.
- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. That is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, our delivery partners will collect package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted."
Cancellation:
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched by us. If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
"Kitchential Foods Pvt.Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer."
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund and may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
